G POLICY :
Orders placed in the United States are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless item is sold out. If item is out of stock, we will contact you with shipping date. Once shipped, most orders take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive (this excludes international orders).
All orders over $100 get FREE domestic standard shipping and handling (U.S. only)
Rush delivery (1-2 day delivery depending on your zip code) is available in the US only. Rush deliveries must be received before 12 noon PST. Rush delivery is not available to PO Boxes, APO, DPO or FPO addresses.
International shipping is via United States Postal Service regular mail. Shipping time is 15 to 20 business days and no tracking information is available for international packages. If you have any additional questions click here to contact us.
If you need to make a change to the shipping address, please feel free to reach us directly by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept exchanges (no refunds) for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.
Prior to exchanging the item(s): Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com.
Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, and with the hang tags still attached. Attached with your item(s) please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the items are being exchanged.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange. We also recommend that you insure the product that you are shipping, Idzea is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.
Received wrong item (size, color, etc.) or damaged Items:
If you have received the wrong, damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days upon receiving the package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be responded to on the next business day.
Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash darks and lights separately, and don’t iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned. NOTE: The shirts ARE pre-shrunk but all cotton does contract in the wash. To minimize garment shrinkage we do recommend washing all shirts in cold water and drying low or hanging dry. We will not accept returns/exchanges due to sizing issues or shrinkage in the wash.
