MERCHANDIZING PROPOSAL TO EV DOMAINS
Situation:
EV Domains reached out to Idzea inquiring about selling the EV Does It t-shirt on the EV Domains website. Idzea has designed two EV related t- shirts ( above) and is interested providing shirts to EV Domains or partnering on the EV Domains ( and or other EV Domains like Premium High End Luxury Performance EV) online store. These designs are the copyrighted property of Idzea.com a division of Hetz Ink inc.
There are 3 options for selling shirts:
Option 1. Idzea designs and produces bulk t-shirts ( or other merchandise such as bumper stickers, mugs, hats, etc.) and sells them at a wholesale price to EV Domains. The per unit price is dependent on various factors like number of colors, method of production ( silk screen or digital), shirt quality and quantity, the larger the quantity the lower the unit cost. Idzea does not take part in building or managing the EV Domains' online store.
Option 2. Idzea and EV Domains partner on shirt production and creation of custom store on the EV Domains website. This in essence would be a "white label" site hosted on a dedicated page(s) in the Idzea website.Idzea would front the website creation and development, create and produce the t-shirt (or merchandise). EV Domains would purchase bulk t-shirt production which would be sold on the EVdomanis/Idzea storefront. Idzea's cost of design, shirt blanks, printing, ecommerce store building, management and fulfillment are build into the price of the t-shirts.
Option 3. Idzea creates the t-shirt ( or merchandise) art and shirts are printed and fulfilled by our digital supplier on a per order basis. Idzea would create the store on the EV Domains website and collect payments. Profits could be shared monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly, Idzea would collect payments from purchasers and remit an agreed to pro rata share of profits to EV Domains. The profit margin with this type of production are smaller, the goal with this method is to test the concept, see what sells, and then go into bulk production (Option2) based on demand.
Option 4
Idzea licenses the designs to EV Domains for a fee or percent of sales. Fee:$1500 or 25 per cent of sales.
EV Domains does all printing, store building and fulfillment.

60 Digitally printed 100% ring spun cotton made in US: $12.85 ea (suggested retail:$25) $775.00+ tax and shipping
Option 2:
60 Digitally printed 100% ring spun cotton made in US: $19.95 ea (suggested retail:$25) $1131.00 + tax and shipping
Option 3:
Per shirt cost of $25 to be marked up to $30 retail. ( not recommended)
